Paradice Investment Management, Australia?s first boutique firm specialising in smaller companies, was founded in 1999. Its inaugural fund, Australian Equities Small Cap, has outperformed the index by 13.4% per annum since inception. Paradice Investments expanded its investment offering with a Mid Cap Fund in 2006 and a Large Cap Fund in 2007.
